Võrumaa Vocational Education Center is located on the historic grounds of Väimela manor between Võru and Põlva. The current main building of the school was built in 1952 according to the project of the well-known architect Arnold Matteus. Today, Võrumaa Vocational Education Center is a modern vocational education institution with the motto "GOOD SCHOOL FOR ALL LIFE". The main building houses study rooms and laboratories for business services, trade, tourism and service, information and communication technology, a large auditorium and a library.
