Riga ring - the most dangerous traffic intersection in Estonia

Riga roundabout is located next to Tartu near Lõunakeskus. This intersection connects Northern and Southern Estonia, Tartu and Elva and what else. According to the statistics of the Estonian Traffic Insurance Fund, this ring road is the most dangerous in Estonia and has caused the most recorded accidents in recent years. Hoped for viaduct but it doesn't look like any time soon.
