Anyone who wants to admire the city of Berlin from above, goes to the TV tower according to an ancient Germanic custom. The Berlin TV Tower is one of the most visited tourist destinations in the German capital, a ticket up there costs a little more than 12€ and you can buy even right now.
The TV tower is not suitable for taking panorama photos - because there is a view through the window. However, there is a very tall building in Berlin that offers a pretty good view in every direction, and the most important thing is that the view is unglazed. The pointed Kollhoff-Tower at Potzdamer Platz is about 100 m high. You can go to its top with an elevator, which is titled as the "fastest elevator in Europe" and for ordinary visitors the ride costs €5.
For the safety of visitors, the viewing platform is surrounded by a proper iron grid wall. However, the camera fits through the grill, and then there is nothing to do but click the shutter. It was a pity that the sun, which was still casting its last rays through a crack in the clouds when it reached the opposite side of the tower, immediately became afraid of the camera, disappeared behind the clouds and stayed there. Then next time we will also catch the sun.
